Sample making

All the tests entrusted to us are intended as an exclusive agreement in favor of the applicant, with a consequent commitment not to market, sell or even show to third parties the design (or sketch / project / model / specification) or copy and imitation of the same.

All the photos of the articles made on exclusive request will not be disclosed on social networks until they are ALREADY in the public domain.

Compliance with REACH regulations

a) We confirm that we are aware of the REACH regulation (EC n ° 1907/2006) and of any other relevant regulation / legislation adopted in other countries, that we have adopted and wish to adopt, if an update is necessary, all the necessary measures to satisfy the obligations dictated by these Regulations and by the Other Regulations.

b) We undertake to verify that our suppliers comply with REACH according to the obligations and that if necessary they have carried out the registration and pre-registration phase of the substances.

c) We therefore confirm that all the articles supplied are in compliance with the REACH legislation and do not contain candidate substances for the possible inclusion of Annex XIV of the REACH regulation in an amount greater than 0.1%.

d) We undertake, if in the future items are supplied that do not fall within the parameters set by European legislation, Chinese legislation and other regulations, to immediately provide the necessary information.

e) We undertake to constantly check for any changes to the Candidate List in order to always be able to ensure operation in compliance with the REACH regulation.

Compliance with the application of social security, welfare and work safety regulations to our employees and collaborators

We hereby confirm and guarantee that to all our employees and our collaborators, we apply an economic, social security, welfare, work safety treatment in compliance with the provisions of the laws and collective labor agreements.

In order to verify the above, we undertake, upon simple request to communicate the exact number of our employees and / or collaborators, to provide you with suitable documentation, and if deemed appropriate to be able to access our offices, in order to verify the exact fulfillment of all remuneration, contribution and social security obligations due and fulfilled in relation to the staff themselves.

Safety and Health at Work

We declare:

To have fulfilled the obligations established by Legislative Decree 81/2008 and more generally by the current legislation on safety, health and hygiene in the workplace;

To use, in the execution of the commissioned works, machines, tools, substances or products, etc. .. compliant with current legislation;

To use regularly insured personnel according to current legislation and not to apply to our employees remuneration conditions lower than those established by law and collective agreements as applicable;

Not to be subject to suspension or disqualification measures pursuant to art. 14 of Legislative Decree 81/08.

To commit ourselves to the possible use of only sub-workers who comply with all the above requirements.
